OVERVIEW

Mr. Weldin has more than 30 years experience in private practice, as a partner in one of the largest law firms in the country, and private industry (including large publicly traded corporations). He has served as a General Counsel for 12 years. His practice has covered the full range of issues affecting companies.

Mr. Weldin is a "business" lawyer with both the legal and interpersonal skills to efficiently, effectively and pleasantly work with individuals at all levels in a company to assist them in achieving their goals. Further, his level of experience, coupled with being accustomed to fast-paced environments and his high energy level, enables him to be very responsive and to deal with multiple issues in various areas simultaneously.
