Affordable High Quality Business Law Services

OVERVIEW

John Weldin has more than 40 years experience in private practice, as a partner at Reed Smith, a very large national and international law firm, and private industry (including large publicly traded corporations). He has served as a General Counsel for more than 20 years. His practice has covered the full range of issues affecting companies.

Mr. Weldin is a "business" lawyer with both the legal and interpersonal skills to efficiently, effectively and pleasantly work with individuals at all levels in a company to assist them in achieving their goals. Further, his level of experience, coupled with being accustomed to fast-paced environments and his high energy level, enables him to be very responsive and to deal with multiple issues in various areas simultaneously.

While fully capable of addressing problems, large and small, after they arise, Mr. Weldin's emphasis is on "preventive law", addressing issues before they become expensive, distracting and time-consuming problems.
